The scope, pricing, and timelines for each project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable advance of 50% is required to start the project.
• Remaining payment is due upon completion and before delivery of final files.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, materials, and approvals needed for the project.
• Ensure all content provided does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
• Respond to queries, approvals, and revisions promptly to avoid project delays.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• We retain ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property, tools, or frameworks used in the project.
• Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (designs, code, content) will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
• We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

5. Third-Party Services

• We may use third-party tools, plugins, or APIs to complete the project.
• We are not responsible for downtime, price changes, or limitations caused by third-party services.

6. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all client information confidential and not share it with any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Warranties & Liability

• We provide services “as is” and do not guarantee specific results (e.g., search engine rankings).
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
• All completed work up to the termination date will be billed and must be paid within 15 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website, and continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated Terms.
